The Coaching for Career Transitions 90 Day Program is for medical providers who are looking to make a change in either a clinical or non-clinical role.  In this program, our experts will work with you and coach you on how to identify your true long term career goals and help you decide which job, specialty or career path might be right for you.

The Coaching for Career Transitions 90 Day Program is great for all medical providers who are:

–  Thinking of making a change out of clinical work and into a non-clinical role

– Thinking of making a change in specialty or searching for a job at a different practice

– Feeling unfulfilled or unhappy in their current role and want to explore other options they are qualified for

– Searching for the right opportunity that aligns with their desired work-life balance

This Program consists of 6 one-hour coaching sessions over the course of 90 days and will help you gain clarity and confidence in exploring new opportunities.  Our experts will work with you to help you identify your career & life goals, and help you understand and determine which roles might be right for you!
